Requirements

B. E. /B. Tech, MCA, or M. E. /M. Tech graduate with 3-6 years of experience and 3+ years of experience in test automation with frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, or similar.
Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e. g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
Strong understanding of software testing principles, SDLC/STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with API testing, SQL/database validation, and defect management tools.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent collaboration and team player skills.
Ability to share and communicate ideas effectively to technical and product teams.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to ever-changing project requirements.
Experience mentoring or supporting junior testers is a plus.
Exposure to performance, security, cloud, or AI/ML testing is desirable.
