Job Description

As an SDE I or SDE II - Frontend, you'll work across the stack using React, owning everything from intuitive UIs to resilient APIs and real-time systems. You'll collaborate with design, product, and mobile teams to deliver high-impact features that define the future of food tech.

Responsibilities

SDE I

Build responsive and intuitive front-end experiences using React, Redux, and modern JavaScript.
Maintain modular, testable, and maintainable codebases.
Collaborate closely with design, product, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
Optimise components for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

SDE II

Own end-to-end development of large modules or business-critical services (e. g., order management, kitchen dashboards, loyalty).
Drive full-stack architecture decisions, refactoring initiatives, and engineering best practices.
Mentor junior engineers and lead code/design reviews.
Build robust monitoring and alerting for web services.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, performance tuning, and secure code practices.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, Redux and modern UI frameworks.
Familiarity with component-based architecture, state management, and API integrations.
Experience working in Agile environments with Git, Jira, and CI tools.
Experience with Next.js, WebSockets, or real-time eventing (e. g., for order tracking, kitchen tickets).
Exposure to microservices, Docker, or Kubernetes.
Background in food tech, QSR platforms, or consumer-facing web products at scale.
Performance monitoring using tools like New Relic, Sentry, or Grafana.
