Job Description

We're looking for SDEs!

Responsibilities

Production Support & Incident Management

  • Analyze and resolve production incidents for core business applications.
  • Collaborate directly with business teams and users for issue resolution.

SQL Development & Optimization

  • Write, test, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
  • Perform query performance tuning and troubleshoot database-related issues.

Documentation & Process Compliance

  • Create and maintain documentation as per defined delivery processes.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and support processes.

Application Support & Collaboration

  • Monitor application stability and ensure timely resolution of production issues.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and support business operations.
