About The Role

We’re looking for a strong frontend engineer who’s passionate about solving real-world product challenges at scale. You’ll own projects end-to-end and work closely with product and design to build performant, secure, and intuitive interfaces for thousands of users.

This is the great fit for someone who enjoys building elegant frontend systems, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is excited about taking ownership of product-driven engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of key frontend modules across the platform.
• Design performant, scalable, and secure frontend architectures with a strong focus on user experience.
• Own platform-specific initiatives (e.g., performance optimization, micro-frontends, system stability).
• Contribute to core engineering discussions - security, performance, and scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers and review code for performance and maintainability.
  
  

Desired Skills/ Experience

• 2–5 years of frontend development experience building scalable, production-grade web applications.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
• Hands-on experience with frontend best practices, state management, component architecture and testing
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of entire projects/modules.
  
  

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Dev-ops, CI/ CD
• Previous start-up experience.
• A history of working on side/hobby projects and contributing to open source projects

• Speed with discipline: Work on large React codebases and performance-critical flows where clean architecture, trade-offs, abstractions, and tech debt decisions actually matter.

What's the interview process like?

The interview process consists of 2-4 rounds of technical discussion of 60 mins each and a 30 min cultural fitment discussion. The technical discussion rounds cover past projects, programming basics, DS / Algo and system design. This is followed by a 30 min cultural fitment round.
