Manual Testing Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in manual testing and a strong understanding of the retail banking domain. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing retail onboarding processes and a solid grasp of digital onboarding journeys. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, manage change effectively, and contribute to process improvements.

• Perform testing work that is not straightforward and repetitive.
• Utilize knowledge and experience in the retail onboarding journey for CCPL, CASA, and TD products.
• Review user stories, prepare test cases and data, and execute test procedures using tools like ADO/JIRA.
• Understand digital onboarding processes, including authentication policy, CDD/KYC, risk, credit, and fraud handling.
• Analyze and drive solutions through strong analytical skills.
• Challenge current processes and automate where possible.
• Participate in digitization improvements and record system gaps for closure.
• Prepare and execute SIT/UAT test scripts in alignment with FSD/DCO documents.
• Raise and tag defects appropriately, conduct walkthroughs, and demos for stakeholders.
• Close UAT bugs and retest as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for automation of repetitive tasks.
• Contribute to discussions on system changes and provide ground-level inputs.
• Support UAT/UVT during workflow changes and field-level validations.
• Ensure successful system rollout post-UAT and support post-go-live activities.
• Identify sudden changes and raise change requests to the project team.
• Meet deliverables with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
  

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4 years of testing experience in retail and liability products.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and consensus building.
  

• Manual testing and automation testing.
• Experience in the banking domain.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology.
