Scrum Master

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, for a Scrum Master. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, ensuring smooth sprint execution, removing impediments, and assisting the team in delivering high-quality software solutions. The role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to oversee and optimize the development lifecycle, drive the agile process, and ensure alignment with business goals. The Scrum Master will also foster a culture of continuous improvement and effective communication within the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sprint Planning and developing and managing User Stories
• Strong Analytical Skills and a focus on problem-solving to address team challenges
• Excellent Communication skills to ensure transparent collaboration and stakeholder alignment
• Familiarity with Software Development practices and workflows in an Agile environment
• Ability to coach teams on Agile values and principles to promote continuous improvement
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
• Proven leadership skills with experience in facilitating productive team collaboration
