About Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Business Analysis and Agile Scrum to drive business transformation initiatives and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, defining business processes, facilitating Agile delivery, and ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and customer expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process analysis sessions.
• Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams to ensure successful planning, prioritization, development, and delivery of solutions.
• Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and process models.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Analyze business data, customer feedback, and market trends to support decision-making.
• Manage requirement changes, project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  
  

Expertise You’ll Bring

• 12 to 15 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Business Analysis and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, business process modeling, process improvement, and solution definition.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and iterative delivery practices.
• Experience creating user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, process maps, BRDs, FSDs, and functional specifications.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including business users, architects, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, enterprise application, or process automation initiatives is highly desirable.
• Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Preferred qualifications include BE/B.Tech, MBA, MCA, PGDM, MS, or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Agile Certification, or SAFe certification will be an added advantage.
• Strong academic foundation in Business Analysis, Process Management, Project Delivery, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
