This is a full-time, on-site role for an SCM - Service Centers Incharge located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing the operations of service centers, including supply chain activities such as inventory management, logistics coordination, and ensuring timely deliveries to clients. Responsibilities include developing and implementing processes to maximize efficiency, monitoring key performance metrics, maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, and Logistics Operations
• Leadership abilities and experience managing service center teams and operations
• Proficiency in analyzing data, monitoring KPIs, and implementing process improvements
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Educational qualification of a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus
• Prior experience in the steel industry or manufacturing domain is advantageous
