School Principal

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership to the school community, fostering an environment conducive to academic excellence.
• Oversee the development and implementation of the school curriculum in accordance with educational standards and best practices.
• Manage the recruitment, training, and evaluation of faculty and staff, ensuring high-quality teaching and support.
• Encourage and facilitate professional development opportunities for all staff members.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and the broader school community.
• Monitor and assess academic performance within the school and implement initiatives for improvement as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and school policies.
• Promote and enhance the school's extracurricular programs, ensuring a holistic approach to student development.
• Manage the school budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
• Act as a liaison between the school and the school board, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification and administrative credentials as per local regulations.
• Strong understanding of educational best practices, assessment strategies, and curriculum development.

Desired Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership roles, preferably as a principal or assistant principal.
• Proven track record of improving student performance and faculty effectiveness in an academic setting.
• Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
