Role: SCCM & Intune Admin

Location: Kolkata- Candor, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai

Experience: 6-10

Must Have:

1. Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment.
2. Administer SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for OS deployment, patch management, and software distribution.
3. Oversee EUC infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops, and virtual desktop environments.
4. Develop and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
5. Perform application packaging and deployment using SCCM and Intune.
6. Manage Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning and device lifecycle management.
7. Monitor and troubleshoot client health issues across SCCM and Intune environments.
8. Implement endpoint security measures including BitLocker.

Provide technical support for EUC-related incidents and service requests.
