Scaffolding Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our large construction company in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing scaffolding activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards, project requirements, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, configure, erect, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding systems of various types in line with project requirements.
• Determine job requirements and ensure scaffolding is installed safely and efficiently.
• Establish safe working platforms and implement appropriate safety measures.
• Inspect and assess scaffolding structures, identifying hazards, defects, or required adjustments or repairs.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, and health & safety standards.
• Execute assigned tasks according to contractual requirements and agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to scaffolding activities.
• Immediately report any issues, failures, or risks that may impact operations or clients to the Line Manager.
• Support team objectives by meeting individual targets and contributing to overall team performance.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to the smooth operation of site activities.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualification:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety regulations.
• Ability to lead teams and work under pressure.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
