SCADA Manager

Job Description

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our SCADA team and contribute to exciting Substation and Power Plant Automation projects.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech – EEE / ECE

Key Responsibilities

• Site coordination and customer communication
• Lead and manage SCADA commissioning activities
• Handle SCADA project execution and technical support
• RTU/Gateway installation, configuration, and integration
• Configure panel communications and multifunction meters
• Work with communication protocols such as IEC 61850, IEC 101/104, Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC, etc.
• Perform integration, system, FAT, and SAT testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
• Prepare project and site documentation
• Mentor and train junior engineers
• Coordinate with utility customers and project stakeholders

• Siemens, ABB, GE, or SEL platforms
• Strong project execution and team management skills
