We are looking for a highly experienced SAP & Zoho Solution freelancer to lead digital transformation initiatives by designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP and Zoho solutions for enterprise clients.

📍 Location: Remote

Educational Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Master's degree (MBA/M.Tech) is preferred.
-SAP certification(s) in relevant modules and Zoho certifications are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, and support projects.
-Design, configure, and optimize SAP solutions based on business requirements.
-Implement and customize Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Analytics.
-Integrate SAP with Zoho and other enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and automation tools.
-Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
-Provide strategic consulting to stakeholders on process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
-Develop workflows, automation, dashboards, and custom reports.
-Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues across SAP and Zoho platforms.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and business leaders to ensure successful project delivery.
-Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

-10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation, support, and consulting.
-Strong expertise in one or more SAP modules such as S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, or SuccessFactors.
-Extensive experience with the Zoho ecosystem, including CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Analytics, and Flow.
-Strong understanding of business processes, system integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
-Experience with SQL, reporting tools, and data migration.
-Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
-Experience working in Agile project environments is preferred.
