SAP TM Functional Solution Architect

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a SAP TM Functional Solution Architect at SCM Champs Inc. The role involves designing and implementing SAP Transportation Management solutions that align with client business processes and supply chain strategies. The SAP TM Functional Solution Architect will analyze requirements, configure SAP TM and related modules, and create end-to-end solution architectures. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting functional workshops, preparing design documents, collaborating with technical teams, supporting testing and deployment activities, and providing post-go-live support. The role also includes advising clients on best practices, identifying process improvements, and contributing to pre-sales activities and internal knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business process design and optimization, particularly within supply chain and logistics operations.
• Proficiency in solution architecture, including designing integrated SAP TM landscapes and end-to-end functional flows.
• Consulting skills, with experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and communicating recommendations to stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of related SAP modules such as SAP FICO for financial integration and SAP Basis for system configuration and performance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP TM configuration, testing, and deployment in implementation or support projects.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in SAP Digital Supply Chain (e.g., EWM, Yard Logistics, Logistics Business Network) is beneficial.
