Your Role

As a SAP SF PMGM Consultant, you will:

• Seeking a skilled and experienced SAP SF PMGM Consultant
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM) module.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Compensation, Recruiting).
  
  

Your Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in configuring and administering SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management modules.
• SuccessFactors certification or SAP HCM certification.
• In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors PMGM features and functionalities.
• Strong understanding of performance management processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Compensation, Recruiting).
