- Kathmandu β Bagmati & Gandaki (1)
- Butwal (Western Region) β Lumbini, Karnali & Far-Western (1)
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, and distribution management within the assigned territory. This role requires strong leadership, market insight, and execution capability to achieve business objectives.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets
- Build, manage, and expand dealer/distributor networks
- Ensure strong market coverage, visibility, and brand positioning
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
- Ensure timely billing, collection, and reporting
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Bachelorβs degree in Management, Marketing, or related field (Master preferred)
- 3β5 years of relevant experience in FMCG / Construction Materials / Consumer Goods
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of local market dynamics
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Valid driving license (two-wheeler preferred)
