SAP Senior Consultant -Project Systems (Lean)

Skill: Project Systems (Lean) Specialist

Location: All NDBS Locations

Experience: 8-15 Years

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Systems (Lean) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Lean methodologies within our project management systems. The focus will be on improving efficiency, eliminating waste, and driving continuous improvement across project processes.

Key Responsibilities

Implement Lean Methodologies:

Drive the application of Lean principles in project management, including value stream mapping, 5S, Kanban, Kaizen, and Six Sigma techniques.

Optimize workflows and project processes to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and enhance overall project efficiency.

Project Systems Integration

Integrate Lean methodologies with existing Project Management Software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Project, Oracle).

Ensure seamless data flow between project planning, execution, and reporting tools.

Process Improvement

Analyze current project systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor their effectiveness.

Training & Support

Provide Lean training and support to project teams, including hands-on guidance for utilizing project systems and Lean tools.

Develop and maintain Lean-related documentation, including work instructions and process guidelines.

Reporting & Analysis

Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project performance, focusing on Lean efficiency.

Provide regular reports and presentations on Lean project performance to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

3-5 years of experience working with Lean methodologies in project management or systems integration.

Hands-on experience with project management systems (e.g., SAP PS, Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera).

Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.

Skills

Strong understanding of Lean principles (e.g., waste elimination, Kaizen, value stream mapping).

Proficiency in project management software and systems integration.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
