We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP S4/HANA – R2R_ACE as a Technical Lead/ Architect will be responsible for overall operational delivery and governance of

The day-to-day support activities by the R2R BAU team (Business as usual) and for
Handling priority tickets which are business critical for, and key enhancements and development works in R2R stream those are addressed by R2R_BCOE team (Business Center of Excellence) and is expected to ensure continuous improvement by meeting the desired quality and compliance requirements while achieving the agreed SLAs.
Experience should have 8 - 15 Years SAP S4/HANA – R2R_ACE ACE as a Technical Lead/ Architect of which 12 + years of experience in SAP technologies with In-depth knowledge of all core SAP FICO modules.
Should have led SAP support Projects (2 or more projects) in S/4 HANA involving complex landscape.
Solid understanding and experience in SDLC in the context of SAP development work.
Should have good incidents and change management skills
Should have sound knowledge business processes in finance areas and how these are mapped and addressed in the SAP system and should have in depth knowledge of how SAP logistics modules (MM/SD/PM/PP etc) are integrated with Finance module.
Should have sound understanding using FICO Fiori apps
Should be proficient in using SAP Project Management tools (Solman, Jira etc.) and familiar with SAP activate methodology.
Should be able to manage changes in the project scope, timelines and resources effectively.
Program/Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or similar) preferred.
Experience in building high-maturity GCC/GBS/COE environments is a strong plus.

Roles & Responsibility

Lead and monitor workload distribution of R2R functional and technical teams (BAU and BCOEs).
Mentor the team, conduct performance reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
Prioritize R2R supports incidents based on business impact and ensure critical tickets are resolved with in SLA timelines.
Coordinate Root Cause Analysis for recurring problems in FICO area.
Track response time and resolution metrics and drive to improve the resolution efficiency.
Provide the GCC lead with weekly and monthly status reports of the support activity.
Ensure proper testing before TR release for PRD deployment and maintain rollback and contingency plans.
Act as key Contact for Business Users and management for any escalations or high priority issues.
Ensure key communication in time during critical outages and manage customer expectations.
Monitor critical interfaces with R2R processes and integrations to ensure smooth execution of background jobs.
Coordinate Preventive Maintenance Activities and track performance bottlenecks and capacity planning .

Guide the teams in preparation of SOPs, RCA documents and support manuals for future reference.
Ensure process documentation is updated for any changes over time.
Participate in security and authorization reviews and support SOX compliance activities .
Coordination with Cross functional teams and business process owners in resolving critical issues involving R2R processes and ensure stable operations, minimize business disruptions.
