Role Overview

AiFA Labs is looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager / SAP Project Manager with Scrum Master capabilities to lead enterprise SAP transformation and modernization initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in SAP delivery management, Agile execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end SAP programs while enabling Agile delivery practices and ensuring successful execution of large-scale digital transformation engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

• Lead end-to-end SAP programs including implementations, rollouts, migrations, upgrades, and support transitions.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and delivery milestones.
• Manage project governance, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
• Ensure successful delivery across all phases including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Drive adherence to SAP best practices, quality standards, and delivery methodologies.
  
  

Agile & Scrum Leadership

• Act as Scrum Master for Agile SAP delivery teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Track sprint progress, remove delivery impediments, and improve team productivity.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.
  
  

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Serve as the primary interface between clients, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Conduct governance meetings, status reviews, and executive presentations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, escalations, and communication effectively.
  
  

SAP Transformation Delivery

• Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams including functional consultants, technical teams, architects, QA, and integration specialists.
• Support SAP transformation initiatives involving S/4HANA, SAP BTP, integrations, AI, and automation solutions.
• Ensure successful alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.
  
  

Team Leadership

• Mentor and guide delivery teams to ensure high performance and collaboration.
• Support resource planning, utilization management, and capability development.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing SAP projects/programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation lifecycles and enterprise delivery models.
• Experience managing Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid SAP projects.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks, and distributed teams.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master / SAFe certifications preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to AI-enabled SAP modernization and automation platforms.
• Prior consulting or enterprise delivery experience is a plus.
