Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions.
• Configure and support SAP PM processes, including notifications, work orders, equipment, functional locations, task lists, and maintenance plans.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and enhancements.
• Support integrations with SAP MM, EAM, and other related modules.
• Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Develop functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize maintenance processes and improve system performance.
• Support data migration, system upgrades, and SAP S/4HANA implementation activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while adhering to project standards and best practices.
