Job Description & Responsibilities Lead or work on SAP MDG implementations, support, enhancements, and upgrades Enhance MDG data models: custom entities, attributes, relationships Develop feeder classes, custom IDocs, interface logic, BADIs, user exits Implement UI enhancements (add custom UIBBs, custom screens) Configure and maintain rule?based workflows in MDG Set up data replication, data quality rules, derivations & validations (BRF+, MDG standard) Integrate MDG with ECC / S/4 or third?party systems via IDocs, APIs, web services Debug ABAP, troubleshoot performance issues, optimize code Work with SAP Fiori / Gateway exposure of MDG applications Collaborate with business teams to translate master data business requirements into technical solutions Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of relevant hands?on SAP MDG techno?functional / technical experience (specifically in Supplier / Material / Business Partner) Strong ABAP skills (Advanced ABAP, OO ABAP, enhancements, user exits, BADIs) Experience in SAP NetWeaver MDG framework, data modeling, MDG configuration Proficiency in implementing workflows, rules, derivations, validations Experience with UI technologies (WebDynpro, FPM, UIBB) Experience with interfaces, IDocs (ALE / EDI), integration between MDG and other systems Understanding of MDG in ECC / S/4 landscapes Experience exposing MDG via Fiori / Gateway is a plus Good debugging, performance tuning skills Strong communication, ability to work with business and technical teams Preferable / Added Advantage Experience in multiple full?life cycle MDG implementations Exposure to global / multi?country setups Hands?on experience in data governance, master data strategy, data stewardship Certification in SAP MDG
