Details for the Position :


Role Name : SAP Commissions Administrator


Core Responsibilities :


  • Manage, configure, and support the SAP Commissions module, ensuring smooth operation of commission plans, hierarchies, and payout processes.


  • Operate and monitor IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) v12 integrations related to SAP Commissions data flows.


  • Support IBM DataPower operations, including configuration, policy management, and API gateway monitoring.


  • Trace and troubleshoot REST and SOAP API calls between SAP Commissions, CRM, ERP, and other systems.


  • Perform data analysis, extraction, and troubleshooting using Oracle SQL to validate and reconcile commission data.


  • Manage data load jobs, interfaces, and error-handling for upstream and downstream integrations.


  • Support UAT and production deployments, ensuring integrity of commission calculations and data accuracy.


  • Maintain technical documentation including data flow diagrams, interface details, and configuration guides.
  • Participate in performance tuning, incident resolution, and continuous process improvement initiatives.


Technical Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience with SAP Commissions (Callidus Cloud / SAP ICM) in configuration, operations, or support roles.
  • Strong operational knowledge of IBM App Connect Enterprise v12 and IBM DataPower Gateway.
  • Ability to trace, debug, and analyze REST and SOAP API traffic for troubleshooting data and integration issues.
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL for data validation, debugging, and reporting.
  • Good understanding of sales incentive management, commission processing, and payout workflows.
  • Experience with data integration between SAP Commissions and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, or legacy systems).
  • Familiarity with incident and change management processes (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).

Good to have Skills:


  • Awareness of DevOps tools
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
