Job Title: SAP CoE Program Manager

An SAP CoE Lead manages the SAP Center of Excellence, bridging business and tech, to ensure standardized, efficient, and innovative use of SAP across an organization, focusing on governance, project delivery, team leadership, stakeholder alignment, and driving roadmap strategies for systems like SAP S/4HANA, while enforcing best practices and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Extensive SAP experience (ECC 6, S/4HANA, BTP) with deep knowledge of modules (FI/CO, MM, SD).
• Governance & Strategy: Define and enforce SAP standards, best practices, architecture (S/4HANA, BTP, Cloud), and ensure compliance, security, and risk management.
• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the CoE team (developers, functional experts, QA), managing P&L and external vendors.
• Project & Delivery Management: Oversee SAP program roadmaps, demand management, and ensure timely delivery of projects, enhancements, and support (Hypercare).
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and third-party vendors, managing expectations and securing buy-in.
• Operational Excellence: Drive automation, process standardization, system upgrades, performance tuning, and maintain knowledge repositories.
  
  

Technical Oversight: Ensure solution design adheres to fit-to-standard, manages integrations, data quality, and oversees testing (SIT, UAT)
