As a Senior Corporate Accountant, you will maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data in the systems to enable reporting according to regulations and company requirements.
You will report to the Finance Manager and be based at our Cincinnati site, working in a hybrid model (4 days at the office, 1 day remote).

As a Senior Corporate Accountant, you will maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data in the systems to enable reporting according to regulations and company requirements.
You will report to the Finance Manager and be based at our Cincinnati site, working in a hybrid model (4 days at the office, 1 day remote).
Responsibilities:
Accounting & Compliance
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring reconciliations and reporting are completed on schedule.
- Analyze balance sheet accounts and main variations.
- Prepare monthly accruals, prepaids and the corresponding journal entries.
- Prepare monthly reports for the management.
- Maintain Chart of accounts and cost center listing (quarterly).
- Prepare statutory Financial Statements (semi-annual and annual).
- Prepare reports and provide information to External Auditors.
- Assist Accounting Manager with Internal/External reporting.
- Fulfill reporting requests from the Government (quarterly and annually).
- Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Identify unreconciled items and work to resolve them promptly.
- Work together with tax team for tax planning for the statutory Financial Statement.
- Collaborate with tax team for different analysis and forms.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors during statutory and audits.
- Participate in process improvement projects within Finance and Accounting to enhance efficiency and control (automation, process simplification, digital tools).
- Help implement new accounting standards, digital tools, or ERP changes to ensure consistency and compliance.
Your professional profile requires:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Administration.
- 2-4 experience in general ledger, reporting, and tax within an international or matrix organization.
- Strong in IFRS, local GAAP, and corporate frameworks.
- Fluent English
- Experience working with SAP and Excel.
