💼 Job Title: Salon Manager
📍 Location: Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana
💰 Salary Package: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000
🔹 Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a passion for the beauty & wellness industry.
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:
✔️ Oversee day-to-day salon operations.
✔️ Manage and supervise salon staff (stylists, beauticians, receptionists).
✔️ Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
✔️ Handle appointments, walk-ins, and client queries efficiently.
✔️ Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
✔️ Maintain inventory, stock levels, and product ordering.
✔️ Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
✔️ Train, motivate, and guide team members.
✔️ Handle customer complaints professionally.
🔹 Skills Required:
✔️ Strong leadership & team management skills.
✔️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
✔️ Customer service-oriented mindset.
✔️ Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
✔️ Basic knowledge of salon services, products & trends.
✔️ Sales and target-oriented approach.
🔹 Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Graduation preferred
📌 Minimum 2–5 years of experience in salon/spa management
📌 Prior experience in team handling is a must
