Role Description
This is a full-time, Hybrid role for a Salesperson located in Uttarakhand. The Salesperson is responsible for engaging with clients, understanding project needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Key tasks include generating leads, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, and closing sales. Additional duties involve collaborating with the design and construction teams to meet client expectations and building strong relationships with stakeholders in the hospitality and residential sectors.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in client engagement and relationship building
- Proficiency in proposal preparation, pricing, and contract negotiation
- Knowledge or prior experience in real estate, construction, or luxury wooden architecture is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse client bases
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Commitment to understanding client needs and offering customized solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
