About the Role
Blitz Academy is seeking a results-driven Sales Team Lead to manage and guide a team of Admission Counsellors. The role involves driving enrollments, improving conversions, and achieving sales targets in the EdTech domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and monitor Admission Counsellors to meet targets
- Oversee the admissions process from lead to conversion
- Track performance, conduct reviews, and improve conversion ratios
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams
- Ensure CRM accuracy and quality communication with leads
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in any discipline
- 3β5 years of experience in B2C sales/EdTech admissions
- At least 2 year of team-handling experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and target-oriented mindset
