We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce and a proven track record of designing and implementing robust solutions across various Salesforce clouds. This role requires an expert who can drive architectural decisions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure that solutions align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business needs. Lead and mentor teams in Salesforce best practices, ensuring high-quality delivery across projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems. Ensure that solutions are aligned with Salesforce best practices and adhere to industry standards. Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on architectural decisions. Manage and maintain system architecture documentation. Qualifications: Salesforce Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce. Projects: Minimum of 6 successful Salesforce projects documented in your CV. Certifications: Salesforce Solution Architect, Application Architect, System Architect. Skills: Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Integration techniques. Education: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Graduation Year: 2016 or earlier. Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and design principles. Extensive experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
