Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Sales Executive/Manager based in Gurgaon. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, managing client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies for Salesforce services. They will create and execute sales plans, address client queries, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Reporting on performance metrics, achieving sales targets, and staying updated on Salesforce solutions will also be fundamental aspects of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Salesforce sales, client relationship management, and strategic sales planning
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs effectively
  • Technical understanding of Salesforce platforms and ability to collaborate with technical teams
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and market analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Salesforce certifications are a plus
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the IT services or enterprise solutions industry is highly desirable
