Position Overview

We are launching premium FMCG products in the spices category. We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, positioning, and marketing initiatives for these products. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies for a FMCG sector (Plurascent Enterprises Pvt Ltd). The role focuses on brand building, market expansion, social media marketing, Brand positioning, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies.
  • Drive product positioning, pricing, and promotional campaigns to maximize market share.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams for seamless execution.
  • Manage digital marketing, advertising, and influence partnerships.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with FMCG industry standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage the spice product portfolio lifecycle – launches, repositioning
  • Track brand performance metrics
  • Collaborate with digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in brand management (preferably in food/spices).
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and brand positioning strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Creative mindset for product marketing and campaigns
