Manager Experience : 5 to 8 Years Job Type : Full-Time Locations : Noida Join Time : Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Description We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Developers to join our dynamic team as Senior Consultants or Delivery Managers . The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Flows . You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet business requirements and drive value. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud . Build and maintain Flows , Apex Classes , LWC Components , and other declarative/programmable solutions. Develop and customize functionality for technician flows , quote flows , APIs , and communication triggers . Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs. Ensure best practices in coding, testing, documentation, and deployment within the Salesforce platform. Lead or support solution architecture reviews and participate in sprint planning and code reviews. Work with integration teams to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems and platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications 5 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Proficient in Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Visualforce , and SOQL/SOSL . Strong experience in building Flows (record-triggered, screen flows, etc.) and custom logic. Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud . Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs , integration patterns, and external data handling. Experience with CI/CD , version control (e.g., Git), and Salesforce DX is a plus. Salesforce Developer Certification(s) preferred (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder). Preferred Attributes Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to work independently and manage project priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in consulting or client-facing roles is a plus.
