Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for Salesforce solutions.
Work closely with Salesforce developers, admins, and architects to design and implement solutions.
Configure Salesforce features such as objects, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards where required.
Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and Salesforce capabilities.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
Provide training and documentation for end users on Salesforce functionality.
Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
Assist in data migration, data quality management, and reporting initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce projects.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to create BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and documentation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools is preferred.
