Our teams work closely with clients to support business decision-making through accurate analysis and clear reporting.

We are seeking a Data Analyst to analyze data, create reports, and deliver insights that support business and operational decisions. This role focuses on working with structured data, building reports and dashboards, and partnering with stakeholders to answer business questions using data.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and able to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data
• Work with data engineers to validate data quality and definitions
• Translate business requirements into analytical outputs
• Perform data validation and ensure reporting accuracy
• Support ad hoc analysis and stakeholder requests
• Document metrics, definitions, and reporting logic
• Present insights in a clear and structured manner

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational datasets
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
• Solid understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into analysis
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working with Azure data platforms or Microsoft Fabric
• Familiarity with data modeling and semantic layers
• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments
• Exposure to basic Python or advanced Excel use cases
• Microsoft Power BI or Data certifications
