Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Expansion-related projects and leading cross-functional initiatives across Regulatory, Risk, and Efficiency domains. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all administrative functions related to assigned projects
  • Maintain up-to-date project schedules, timelines, and trackers
  • Sprint Management - Plan, track, and manage sprint cycle
  • Collate and prepare project documentation and reports, including compliance and security certifications
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal stakeholders, vendors, and management
  • Assist in monitoring project costs, budgets, and financial tracking
  • Support allocation and utilization of project resources
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for timely delivery of required resources and services

Additional Responsibilities

Risk Management

  • Identify potential project risks and dependencies
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery

Continuous Improvement

  • Review existing project processes and workflows
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Client Satisfaction

  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to meet and exceed client expectations

Preferred Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
