As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Expansion-related projects and leading cross-functional initiatives across Regulatory, Risk, and Efficiency domains. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative functions related to assigned projects
- Maintain up-to-date project schedules, timelines, and trackers
- Sprint Management - Plan, track, and manage sprint cycle
- Collate and prepare project documentation and reports, including compliance and security certifications
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal stakeholders, vendors, and management
- Assist in monitoring project costs, budgets, and financial tracking
- Support allocation and utilization of project resources
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for timely delivery of required resources and services
Risk Management
- Identify potential project risks and dependencies
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
- Review existing project processes and workflows
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to meet and exceed client expectations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
