Ravan.ai is looking for a Salesforce & CRM Specialist who can manage both the technical and customer-facing aspects of CRM systems. This role is ideal for someone who can handle sales processes, customer support, and automation with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Salesforce and GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM platforms
  • Handle end-to-end sales processes along with customer support
  • Build and manage high-converting sales funnels
  • Set up and maintain automation for leads, follow-ups, and customer journeys
  • Monitor CRM performance, reporting, and pipeline tracking
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce and GHL
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and funnel building
  • Ability to manage both sales and support functions efficiently
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to flexible shifts (day/night)
