Job Description

Job Summary

The Business Development & Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, leading high-performing sales teams, achieving revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships across enterprise and retail segments. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills with proven experience in the ISP or telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead and manage Enterprise Sales, Broadband Sales, Channel Sales, and Field Sales teams.
  • Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, account expansion, and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers, corporate clients, builders, educational institutions, and government organizations.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop pricing strategies, sales campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and Technical teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop sales managers and business development executives.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, sales meetings, and performance evaluations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, revenue analysis, and management presentations.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
  • Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and business networking forums.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management is preferred.
  • 8–15 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in the ISP, Telecommunications, Networking, or IT Services industry is highly preferred.
