Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Team Leader based in Aashiyana Lucknow. The Sales Team Leader will oversee and guide a team of sales telecallers to achieve and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, mentoring team members, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering a collaborative team environment.


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proven experience in Unsecured Loan like Personal Loan, Overdraft, Business Loan.
  • Customer service excellence and ability to resolve client concerns effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in sales strategies and techniques to achieve business objectives.
  • Proficiency and sales forecasting techniques is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and maintain focus under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
