- Achieving monthly, quarterly yearly targets of new business generation renewals assigned by the company.
- Achieving targeted IC recruitments, IC Licensing and month to month activation of Insurance Consultants.
- Recruitment of new ICs, coordinating III training, Licensing examination and documentation for recruited ICs.
- Attending joint sales calls in the field with insurance consultants.
- Driving ICs to generate new business renewals of life insurance products on daily basis.
- Motivating ICs with various competitions, contests RR initiatives launched by the co. to achieve targets.
- Conducting regular meets with Insurance consultant and exercising team building activities at regular intervals.
- Recruit, train, and lead a champion team of agents to drive business excellence.
