Sales Team Leader – WTF Gyms

📍 Location: NCR (On-ground at gym locations)

💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

🕒 Experience: 2–4 years

👤 Reporting to: Sales Manager

Role:

Lead on-ground membership sales across 2–3 gym locations and manage a small sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive daily and weekly membership sales targets
• Handle walk-ins, enquiries and follow-ups
• Conduct gym tours and membership presentations
• Lead and motivate 2–3 sales executives
• Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates
• Execute local marketing activities (canopy, pamphlets, tie-ups)
• Work on-ground at gyms (7 days/week)

Must Have:

• 2–4 years of direct sales experience
• Strong walk-in conversion experience
• Comfortable working 7 days/week
• Good Hindi communication
• High energy, target-driven and hustle mindset
