Job Description
The Sales Strategy Manager will work in close collaboration with the regional leadership team, broader Sales Strategy & Planning (SSP) team, and other key functions (Technology, Marketing, Operations, etc) in driving sales goals for the organization.
Key Areas Of Focus Will Include:
Work with leadership and cross-functional team to define HDFC Credila strategy to achieve long term and short-term business goalsPartner with regional Business Unit/ Functional leaders to drive key growth initiatives to help achieve the end objectiveEnsure sales workforce planning to ensure market coverage maximization while driving productivity improvementSupport C-level reviews, Board PPT presentations by leading preparation of business overview and summary of strategy development and progressProvide a perspective of external market trends by liaising with market research providers, external consultants
Responsibilities
Identifies research, tools, and analyses required to achieve objectives for multiple work streams or projects.Manages and structures analytical approaches, and oversees the data-gathering processSelects key information and conclusions to develop a comprehensive set of recommendations for optimizing business and financial performance.Manages complex, time-sensitive market intelligence/research projects and synthesizes data and information to identify relevant trends and identifies recommendations, insights & implicationsEstablishes the metrics required to measure business performance, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps (MIS reporting)
Skills
Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skillsAbility to summarize abstract ideas clearly and independently manage project objectives.Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and a high degree of comfort with analysis and modeling.Developed business acumen and technical knowledgeVery strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence.
Qualifications And Experience
3-5 years of work experience preferably in corporate strategy, regional strategy & planning rolesExperience or interest in the technology sector and awareness of Fintech and digital transformation trends will be a plusPrior experience in regional/ global sales strategy, planning & transformation in a BFSI/Edtech/ Fintech will be a plusB.E./ B.Tech. and MBA/ Advanced university degree from Tier 1 institutes
