Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Staff member at Grl Boss Fashion Store located in Chennai. The Sales Staff will be responsible for assisting customers with purchases, providing product recommendations, organizing and maintaining the store layout, handling transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include updating product displays, managing stock, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, assist and engage with customers, and provide excellent service to ensure satisfaction.
• Sales and Product Knowledge: Familiarity with women's fashion trends, product recommendations, and the ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills: Proficiency in managing store displays, stocking merchandise, and ensuring the store is presentable and well-organized at all times.
• Basic Transaction and Technology Skills: Experience with handling cash registers, POS systems, and basic retail software tools.
• Professional Attitude: A team-player mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment for customers.
• Previous experience in fashion retail is preferred but not mandatory.
