Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located at Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa for a Sales Executive & Reservations Associate. The Candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales and Reservations opportunities, driving revenue growth, developing customer relationships, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The role will also involve collaborating with team members, providing training, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
• Capability to deliver effective Training and mentor colleagues
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field preferred
