US Fabrics is a AASHTO audited, national geosynthetics products company specializing in geotextiles, geogrids, geomembranes, cellular confinement systems, composite drains, geosynthetic clay liners, dewatering EcoTubes, DuPont Spunbond, driveway fabric and filter bags for the construction industry.


This broad portfolio allows US Fabrics to support diverse civil, environmental, and agricultural projects with specialized materials. When a specific “geo” product is not available, the team is committed to guiding customers in the right direction and ensuring they find appropriate solutions.


Ideal Candidate: Would possess previous experience in the sale of geosynthetics and an independent and self-disciplined work ethic. Willingness to relocate to our sales office in Cincinnati would be considered a plus.


Work Schedule Mon-Thu 8:00am to 5:00pm; Fri 8:00am to 4:00pm


Role Description Is a full-time, on-site position based in the Cincinnati, specifically the Fairfax, OH area. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of customers by responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up on leads across the geosynthetic product range.


The position includes identifying and contacting prospective distribution; contractors utilizing geosynthetics; and assisting engineers and end users in choosing and specifying US Fabric’s branded geosynthetics. Additionally, the Sales Representative will need to properly interpret specifications (industry examples include AASHTO, FHWA and DOT), develop the proper market price point and provide freight cost estimates.


The Sales Representative will provide product education, coordinate with internal teams on pricing and availability, and process orders accurately and efficiently. The role also includes maintaining CRM records, monitoring market trends, participating in occasional site visits or industry events, and supporting continuous improvement of sales processes.


Qualifications

  • Sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
  • Communication and interpersonal abilities, such as clear phone and email communication, active listening, and professional presentation skills.
  • Organizational and administrative skills, including time management, accurate order entry, and CRM or database usage.
  • Knowledge of geosynthetic and construction-related products and applications required.
  • Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, QuoteWerks, CRM systems) and ability to work with pricing and product documentation.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, construction materials, or industrial products is beneficial but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary education in business, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cincinnati, OH, collaborate with team members, and provide dependable, customer-focused service.
