Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative, located in Faridabad. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and meeting sales targets. Duties include generating leads, conducting market research, delivering product presentations, and negotiating sales agreements. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate sales records, following up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, and staying updated on industry trends and product offerings.

Qualifications
- Proven sales experience and ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a B2B environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Market research skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Time management, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to tasks
- Knowledge of hardware and pipe fittings industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
