Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Gurugram. The Sales Representative will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their real estate needs, and present suitable property options. Daily responsibilities include conducting property tours, handling inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves negotiating offers, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to close deals, and providing ongoing client support. The Sales Representative will also monitor local market trends, participate in promotional activities, and represent EstateOne in a professional, client-centric manner.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship, consultation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and close deals effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confident presentation and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools and CRM or lead management systems to track opportunities and client interactions.
- Solid understanding of or strong interest in real estate markets, property types, and investment fundamentals.
- Proven ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple leads and site visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate sales, financial services, or consultative selling is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, based on client and business needs.
