Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy Sales Operations Manager to bridge the gap between our Sales and Finance departments.
In this role, you won’t just be supervising; you’ll be the "player-coach" who ensures contracts are captured accurately while driving the efficiency of the data entry team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Supervise a team of Sales Operations Consultants, providing training, conducting quality audits, and managing daily workflows to ensure contracts are processed in a timely manner.
- Data Integrity: Directly manage the high-volume entry of contract terms, pricing, and customer metadata into our systems with 100% accuracy.
- Salesforce Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards to track contract volume, processing turnaround times, and data accuracy trends.
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage a team in a data-centric or high-volume administrative role
- Analytical Mindset: You understand how data impacts the bottom line and company forecasting
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Salesforce, specifically around custom reporting and building dashboards is preferred
- Sales or Sales Development experience is a plus
