About the Role

CoinGape Media is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in campaign delivery, strong content understanding, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of client campaigns across content, PR, and marketing deliverables.
  • Coordinate with editorial, design, SEO, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and client commitments.
  • Review content to ensure it aligns with client requirements and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare campaign reports and delivery updates for clients.
  • Resolve delivery-related issues proactively while maintaining quality standards.
  • Support the sales team with campaign planning, execution, and operational coordination.


Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Campaign Management, Account Management, or Client Servicing.
  • Experience in digital media, content marketing, PR, or Web3/Crypto is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of content workflows and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools is an advantage.
