Role Description
We are building out our Sales Operations function and are looking for a high-performing Sales Operations Analyst to support our frontline sales teams.
This role will play a critical part in driving sales process excellence, CRM governance, reporting accuracy, and deal compliance. With a major CRM transformation agenda underway, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to change initiatives while supporting day-to-day commercial operations.

- Manage and maintain CRM data integrity and system accuracy
- Drive CRM adoption and best practices across regions
- Support sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and performance dashboards
- Contribute to CRM transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enable smooth commercial execution

- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (mandatory)
- Experience supporting CRM implementation or transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Process-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or similar roles
- Background in Technology or Financial Services preferred
