Salary: 30k-40K per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Position Overview

Brij Additives Pvt. Ltd., a leading construction chemical manufacturer under the Kedia Organisation, is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Officer for Chitwan. The role focuses on expanding market reach, strengthening dealer networks, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have strong field sales capability and a good understanding of the construction and building materials market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell construction chemical products including admixtures, waterproofing solutions, tile adhesives, and grouts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, engineers, and hardware retailers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure effective credit management and timely payment collection.
• Provide regular sales and market feedback reports to management.
• Support promotional activities and brand visibility initiatives in the territory.
  
  

Education

Qualifications & Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field (Bachelor running candidates may also apply).

Experience

1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (experience in construction chemicals, cement, steel, or building materials preferred).

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-driven attitude.
• Good knowledge of the Chitwan market.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
