You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely management reporting, overseeing site overhead costs, and driving financial performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Finance), act as a liaison with accounting shared services, and provide insights to optimize financial outcomes.
You’ll specifically take care of month-end closing, site budget preparation, and financial control, but also support treasury activities and tax reporting.

Could you be the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely management reporting, overseeing site overhead costs, and driving financial performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Finance), act as a liaison with accounting shared services, and provide insights to optimize financial outcomes.
You’ll specifically take care of month-end closing, site budget preparation, and financial control, but also support treasury activities and tax reporting.
We’ll look to you for:
- Providing accurate, transparent financial information to the site management team
- Assisting the Accounting & Reporting Manager in financial matters
- Setting targets and controlling costs to maximize performance
- Monitoring under/over-recovery and preparing reports
- Challenging and analyzing risks or variances, and developing corrective action plans
- Coordinating with global finance teams and ensuring compliance with internal controls
- Performing first-level reviews of balance sheet account reconciliations
- Managing local treasury activities such as cash pooling and hedging
- Supporting tax filings, transfer pricing reports, and compliance activities

- Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent (Chartered Accountant preferred)
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in accounting, reporting, and audits
- Experience working in a multinational company with shared accounting services
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and consolidation/reporting tools
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities effectively
- Agility in a fast-paced environment and a proactive mindset
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about growth opportunities
